Responsibilities As A Hr After Covid-19 :- There’s nothing wrong if I say that this pandemic hits hard on each and every one. Without a doubt, the pandemic affects almost everything, from day-to-day life to market, to the organization, to work opportunities and hiring processes.

HR is one among them, who stands straight facing everything from maintaining and managing everything to making effective relations and building trust among people after COVID, no matter what comes in between.

Any tasks, hiring, making certificates, scheduling meetings, or any update regarding the organization and its clients, and appointing new interns, just contact HR.

There are some organizations, who are decreasing their manpower due to the pandemic, and there are some who by managing everything coping up well with the situation, keeping everything in mind.

But did someone ask, how they people manage everything so well?  and Moreover, on time, even during pandemics?

As crises arise, HR’s role as a true leader also arises, from budget to location, to size, security to manage everything remotely, by balancing everything and ensuring everyone’s safety and betterment.

  • Ensuring the business continuity

Keeping a record of everything, the situations, the mental health of their fellow colleagues. And the hiring processes of new interns digitally from their assessments to interviews to grooming everything digital. Is quite a challenging task nowadays.

Moreover, keeping a record of everything is going well and if the newcomers are facing any problem in working remotely without having any face-to-face meet-ups or evaluation of their performance, is quite tough.

  • Building a great communication and trust

Establishing a good repo amid the mates plays a major role in making an organization.

As, everything now is working remotely, HR’s have to make sure the situations

between team didn’t go wrong any way, they have to be in touch in time of need , 

 through meetings, or video calls ensuring one’s interests in working. Everyone, one 

or the other way is dealing hard with this new normal life balancing everything.

  • What now?

With this challenging conditions, managing remote work keeping employee 

engagement in mind, removing the communication barriers for them,is one tough task to do.

The work from home is going well where, there’s tough policies and rules. Are strictly followed by each and every member of the organization given by HR.

They act as a bridge in between the management and the employees of any organization, balancing everything in proportion.

Day to day meetings, ensuring everyone’s safety keeping the guidelines in mind is easy?

Noone knows what tomorrow bring, but today this new normal is the very basic step to move ahead.

These remote workings, keeping less man power with high skills, preparing them for future developments.
